Southern Metros Make Up Most of Inventory Growth Leaders in 3Q

Nashville Leads Top Markets

Apartment inventory growth was 2.1% in major markets in the four quarters ending in the third quarter of 2017, and the Nashville apartment market was by far the leader.

A new RealPage report discovered that Music City apartment inventory growth was 8.0% for the year, translating to 10,513 units. And 4,8% growth is expected in the next four quarters.
