Late-Recovery Market Strong for Past Two Years

Las Vegas apartment rents grew 5.8% in the year ending the third quarter of 2017, the second-highest effective rent growth among major markets nationwide.

Class A and B properties have registered the strongest performance in the Las Vegas market, which has seen increased job growth and limited new supply. Las Vegas apartment rents have been buoyed by the increase in the tourism industry and others.
