'Market Momentum' Survey: Metro a Top Pick for Investment

Industry professionals picked the Orlando apartment market as the No. 1 choice for investment, according to the just-released "Market Momentum" survey compiled by the National Apartment Association and RealPage.
The Orlando apartment market has many positive trends to reinforce that belief, a RealPage analysis found. Job growth is 3.6%, occupancy is above 96% and new supply is not oversaturating the market at this point. However, a supply increase is on the horizon, which might diminish rent growth.
