Cincinnati Apartment Rent Growth Accelerates

Rent Growth Surges in Second Quarter

Effective rent growth for Cincinnati apartments was 5.4% in the second quarter of 2017, a market record for the current cycle, according to RealPage apartment rental data.

The strengthening was especially rapid among Class A properties, which registered 7% effective rent growth.
