Millennial Profile

“Millennial” to most people means one thing, or identifies a specific type of person. It’s easy to forget that the generation is broad and diverse, and includes people at very different stages in life, from college students to young professionals. One generalization has some truth to it, though: Millennials are coming to life’s milestones later than their parents. That includes marriage and having children, and buying the house in the suburbs that usually comes next. Young people aren’t as resistant to those events as some might think, and the trend is moving toward more of them embracing suburban homeownership.
